Ten more tools, chained presets and signing with your certificate
- Ten new tools, all free: remove active content, remove annotations, resize pages, pages per sheet, overlay, flatten, split by size, attachments, visual signature and image conversion. The desktop app goes from 16 tools to 26 — nothing the website gives away is ever charged for here.
- Removing active content looks in the six places a PDF can hide an action, not just the obvious one. Cleaning only one of them leaves the document just as alive, and that is not something you can check for yourself.
- Sign with the certificate already installed on your system (PAdES-B, Pro). On Windows it works with keys marked as non-exportable, which is how Spanish authorities install them; on macOS the certificate lives in a keychain owned by the app. The private key never leaves the system. Timestamping is not there yet, and the app says so.
- Presets become sequences (Pro): compress, then watermark, then number pages — one click, or straight from a watched folder. Up to eight steps, because a chain of fifteen is one nobody can debug when the result is wrong.
- Batch grows from 5 to 11 tools (Pro), watched folders with it. An encryption password is asked for at launch and never stored, so a preset that encrypts cannot watch a folder — there is nobody there to ask.
- Fixed: images with transparency came out on a black rectangle, because the alpha channel was dropped instead of composited. A cut-out logo ended up on whatever the encoder had written under the invisible pixels.
- Fixed: a single corrupt preset used to empty the whole list, on both platforms, without a word.

Batch processing, watched folders and Pro
- Batch: apply one tool to as many files as you like, with per-file errors listed one by one — "3 failed" is no use when you have processed 200. A corrupt file does not bring the batch down, originals are never touched and nothing is overwritten.
- Saved presets: a tool and its settings under a name, applied in one click.
- Watched folders: drop a file into a folder and it is processed on its own. The permission survives a restart, a file still being copied is left alone until it settles, and the output never feeds back into the input.
- Shortcuts actions: compress, strip metadata, rotate and watermark, chainable with anything else on your Mac.
- New tool — metadata: see what a PDF says about you and save a copy without it. Free, like the other fifteen.
- Pro unlocks batch without limits, presets, watched folders and Shortcuts. Without it, batches run up to 3 files — a limit by use, not by time, so nothing expires on you.
